Design for hotels on the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian coasts

The main innovation: at the top, two-story-high duplex rooms, provided with solaria. And then the garden that penetrates through the arcade of the restaurant and the veranda, raised so that they have a view of the sea. The hotel is conceived as a complete organism -provided not only with stores, but also with gyms and facilities for physiotherapy. The project is by Gio Ponti and Guglielmo Ulrich.
